I want to drop you a quick note because I did not hear back from you concerning the information I sent you the other day. In case you did not receive the letter introducing my Intent. I am Charles Ampofo from Ghana . Head of Corporate Affairs and account officer to Mr.Rafic Hariri who was a lebaneese. The late Rafic Hariri was a self-made billionaire and business tycoon, and was five times Prime Minister of Lebanon.
The late Rafic Hariri had a fixed deposit with my bank valued at $35,000,000.00. (Thirty Five Million Dollars only). Sadly late Rafic Hariri was assassinated in an explosion.Our head Office is not aware and will never be aware of this, i have since then PLACED this fund on a SUSPENCE ACCOUNT without a beneficiary. As an officer of the bank, I cannot be directly connected to this money thus I am compelled to request for your assistance to receive this money into your bank account.
I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards. Now permit me to ask you these few questions:-
(1) Now that Mr.Rafic Hariri is late and he has no one as his next of kin to this money, i want to present you as the beneficiary of the fund so that we can share this money,So can I completely trust you in this respect?
If you accept to work with me, I am ready to offer you 40% of this ($35,000 000.00) I hope it is acceptable by you. I will explain to you in details how we will handle the transaction once I receive your response. I do need to assure you that there is practically no risk involved in this as it is going to be a bank-to-bank transfer. All I need from you is to stand as the next of kin to the deceased to claim this fund.
