Ser dessverre ikke bra ut for Audio Valve hvis denne info stemmer.
Hello friends,
I received an email that contributes a little to enlightenment. I do not guarantee the content.
Hello,
I can bring a little enlightenment to the story with Audio Valve. I do this exclusively for Mr. Becker and his last two remaining employees. They are currently taking care of day-to-day business, which consists of repairs and equipment completions. According to my own statement (I was there a few days ago and had a very nice and long conversation there), these two employees want to persevere until day X.
Since Mr. Becker is married for the second time, there is probably a fight for inheritance. Neither family is probably interested in maintaining the company. It's probably just about claiming that inheritance for itself. This probably also led to the sealing of the company. Meanwhile, however, the security locks have been replaced repeatedly and the key force lies exclusively with the two employees!
I suspect that everyone can imagine what happens if you have not taken precautions for such cases. The time of detecting the disease with directly following diagnosis and surgery was probably too short for it...
Reinhard Hoffmann has probably had a long conversation by phone in the meantime.
From my point of view, both employees are neither trained in the commercial sector nor in marketing, sales, ... Therefore, they can only act as they do (out of loyalty to Helmut Becker).
What becomes of the company is probably in the stars, but it doesn't look good. The only chance would probably be a takeover from the industry. In the current situation, however, it is also rather difficult.
Even the representative currently has no great interest, according to the employee, that the company continues. It's probably only possible for all interest groups to have the dear MONEY!
It is hard to hear such descriptions when you notice the importance of Mr. Becker as boss. It was probably also his wish that the company would continue. Unfortunately, he has not taken any precautions, which now means that the situation is probably very complicated.
H. Becker will probably no longer experience the end of the year, as it currently looks. He can no longer make decisions either. It hurts when such a company gets under the wheels in such a tragic way. The only accusation you can make is that you should have settled things at times. He probably completely lost sight of that ...
I don't sign up for it in the forum. I'm not a forum person either. My time is too precious for me. But I think that the two employees deserve respect for letting the company 'live' without any prospect of anything. And only because they probably 'promised' Helmut Becker.
This may be very strange for many today. Personally, I take my hat off to it.
