Et tips fra en Allae tråd på Naim forum.
Løsne delefilterboksen og justere spikene slik at h.t "vipper"
Also, the Allae works best when the crossover is not screwed to the cabinets. If you can get 2x 1-2 inch thick pieces of foam, use these between the XO and cabinet, and leave them dangling from their input sockets. This is something you can try immediately.

If the crossovers are screwed tightly to the cabinet, undo the screws a little to allow the crossover case to move. This seems to free up the sound a bit.

Now, very important, the Allaes must bounce! They have a sprung suspension system. The 4 spikes should be located to the floor with no rocking, but then you should be able to put your index finger against the top front of the speaker and cause it to oscillate with a little pressure in the front/back plane. You should be able to keep the oscillation going so it swings with about an inch or so of action. Letting go, it should go back to rest in just a few moments.
This experience is all on concrete floors. If you have wooden or sprung floors, then the oscillation needs to be less since the sprung floor joins in the fun.
Edit:
Mer spennende saker:
I know what you are saying regarding the Allaes. I bought some to go with my CD5i/112/150 and found the resulting sound to be on the cold side. BUT since getting them I have made some significant mods and now they sound wonderful. As mentioned previously in this thread you don't realise just how good they are until you put other speakers in their place. I did this recently with some KEF 105s and putting the Allaes back was like a beautiful scene suddenly snapping into focus.
The mods that helped my system were:
1) Isoblue equipment stand - this made a massive difference.
2) Careful positioning of the speakers see below
3) Adding a Flatcap 2 this warmed things up.
4) Detaching the crossovers this gave the speakers more punch and weight.
In general the Allaes have a tendency to be slightly heavy in the low base region and light in the upper base region. This is why careful positioning with respect to the rear wall is important, too close and I found the lower base takes off and relatively makes the upper base region sound restrained, too far and you loose the low base punch which makes the Allaes rock.
og like godt hele tråden som var utrolig interessant.
