Hello
At page 39 in #213 of the absolute sound- Simplifi audio offers "Smart bass"; a package of one (or more) Gradient Revolution bass modules together with a custom antimode from DSPeaker.
I can't find any info anywhere else about this custom DSPeaker Anti-mode. As I'm an owner of a set of Gradient Revolution 05 active, I'm interested in more info about this product.
What is the difference between the custom anti-mode and the standard 8033s?
Is it possible to configure my system like this for a fully differential (balanced) solution?
Left channel Gradient cross-over module low frequency output-->a xlr to rca cable-->an anti-mode 8033s-->another rca to xlr cable-->bass poweramp--left Gradient bass module.
Right channel Gradient cross-over module low frequency output-->a xlr to rca cable-->an anti-mode 8033s-->another rca to xlr cable-->bass poweramp--Right Gradient bass module.
kind regards
B_I
Hello Burnt,
The Anti-Mode 8033G is designed to replace the Gradient cross-over as
well as bring the state-of-the-art room correction to otherwise
magnificent loudspeaker. As you already have the original active
cross-over, you don't need to use G version for the room correction.
Instead, you can use the ordinary 8033S version. 8033S allows also
balance XLR output with the special adapter:

You can connect the 8033S just as you figured out.
